Kepi has been established since 2011 and our management and staff have extensive experience in delivering regional, national and global construction projects at all levels.

This includes surveying and design, infrastructure development, commercial building, civil engineering, construction services, facilities management and procurement.

Our core business revolves around commercial construction covering:

Initial involvement in the design, specification and surveying for a project, including all planning issues, as well as off and on site management
Civil engineering contract construction including building earthworks and developing drainage and irrigation.
Site clearance and preparation plus development of any infrastructure and service supply construction. This includes roads, drains, cable ducting and surfacing.
Erection of commercial buildings including warehousing, storage, offices and factories. We can use permanent, semi permanent, modular and fast build systems options.
We offer post construction services such as facilities management and procurement including internal fit and equipment sourcing and provision.

We have also diversified into new business areas:

Supporting the oil, gas and mining industries with construction and flow line supply and installation.
Establishing a Structural Insulated Panel manufacturing facility through our sister company SPT Systems, giving us the ability to construct modular buildings for our customers at competitive prices with minimum delays.

As well as working with a wider number of partners including government bodies, local communities and other stakeholders we have been successful in delivering expeditionary contracts overseas for the following:

Government Agencies including the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Department for International Development
The United Nations, Aid and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs).

The company is justifiably proud of its team and the in-house expertise it brings to projects across all our operational areas in the UK and Worlwide. Kepi retains the professional services of architects, engineers and project managers. We also work with external consultants and experts to ensure that the delivery of construction projects is to the clients’ required standards on time and to budget.

Kepi is continuing to expand and has offices and operations in the UK, the Middle East and Africa.

Kepi have operated in the UK since the company’s inception. We work on major and smaller bespoke projects and offer turnkey solutions to developers and contractors across the country. We have an enviable record of providing civil, mechanical, electrical, facilities management and service support projects throughout the UK.

We can operate as the principal contractor or as subcontractors and are always aware of the Health and Safety and regulatory requirements of on and off site working. As an ISO 9001 Quality Management certified company we have full knowledge and understanding of British Standards (BS), and Approved Codes of Practice (ACoP). The company is a member of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), has systems in place that are registered with the UK’s Local Authority Building Control (LABC) and are compliant with the Construction Line (Capita led) procurement system.

Kepi has maintained a permanent presence in Afghanistan since May 2011, initially working in Camp Bastion, being awarded contracts for the Enabling Works by the UK Military Works Group. With Kepi’s Afghanistan Head Office based in Kabul, we have continuously developed our capabilities and resources in this conflict zone, whilst mentoring local nationals as an integral part of our contracts.

We have successfully delivered numerous projects in Afghanistan and other locations in the Middle East, either with the military or civilian authorities. We operate as the principle contractor or by using subcontractors, all who have been rigorously scrutinised and checked by our UK and in country management. We also have a full understanding of the potential logistical and procurement issues that can be faced daily in this region and have a team specifically set up to manage any problem areas.
